Job Description Manages the human
resources operation and oversees all the HR personnel and provides
guidance.
- Develop corporate plans and implement HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Leads the
development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Handles
the overall Human Resources of all the branches of RMC.
Job Qualifications -Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or
equivalent in Human Resources, Business Organization Development;
Master’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent Computer Skills in the
Microsoft Windows environment must include Excel and skills in
Database management and record keeping.
- With (5) plus years of
progressive leadership experience in the Human Resources position
required.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation,
organizational planning, organizational development, employee
relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations is highly
preferred.
- Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources
Networks and Organizations that practice effective Human Resources
Management is highly preferred.
