General Accounting Officer (up to 60K)

Full Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

-CPA
-With at least 3 years experience in general accounting, or any corporate accounting
-Highly knowledgeable in IFRS
-Working knowledge of using any ERP software / system
-Makati (Hybrid) | Graveyard

Job Responsibilities:

-Assists in completing ad-hoc reports as needed by management.
-Assist in implementing new/improved processes/systems that will
dramatically improve financial reporting and tax compliance.
-Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance, coordinate
and facilitate completion of requirements in any kind of audit
engagement.

General Accounting
-Analyze transactions and book journal entries related to: payroll,
accruals, prepayments, amortization, intercompany and taxes.
-Assist Manager with preparing financial statements and related
disclosures.
-Assist in the budgeting process of the Company.
-Provide support to the Manager during period-end close.
-Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verify accurate GL balances and
ensure proper and relevant support documentation.
-Processing of incentive requests and other related task such as:
payments to vendor, cash advances and liquidations related incentives.

Tax Accounting
-Prepare tax payments.
-Estimate and track tax returns.
-Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
-Prepare the necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
