Job Qualifications
This job might be fit for you if you have the
following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Sciences,
Engineering
10 yrs extensive experience in
production/manufacturing/warehouse environment, 7 yrs in a managerial
capacity
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
including presentation skills with recommendations and data
Ability
to prioritize departmental activities and set effective (SMART) goals
and objectives in line with overall corporate strategy
Ability to
interpret data and make including appropriate personnel where needed,
exhibit sound and accurate judgment
Experience interfacing with
internal and external business partners
Excellent analytical and
planning skills
Solid knowledge of systems: WMS, ERP, DRP
Superb
people skills in mentoring, coaching/counseling, motivation, and
performance management
MBA is preferred
