Full Job Description

Pasig Permanent PHP100,000 - PHP120,000 per month (PHP1,200,000 - PHP1,440,000 per year)

The client is an established multinational Healthcare company providing professional services with commercial and Shared Services entities in the Philippines.

• Responsible for financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing, regulatory/statutory reports, and ensuring accuracy of internal and external reports.
• Responsible for regular review of the General Ledger.
• Manage tax preparation, filing, and assessments.
• Monitor the payroll accounting and related accruals
• Monitor and control the Fixed Assets
• Lead the annual statutory audit.
• Oversee inter-company transactions for Shared Services.
• Manage the accounting systems (ERP).
• Implement process improvements to internal workflow.
• Maintain & ensure adherence to Asia GAPP & cascade to the employees

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in general accounting for a Professional Services or Auditing company.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Must be a CPA.
• Must have experience using Accounting systems (ERP).
