Full Job Description

Manage Performance for 100 Person Lead Generation Team focused on large US Insurance carriers.

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our outbound insurance lead generation efforts. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, QA, Team Lead’s and Assistant Team Leads. You will be setting targets and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives while meeting performance goals. 

This position reports directly to ownership so you will have the ability to make real performance change. This is an Executive position that requires someone who is Performance and Goal oriented. You must be able to lead by example and be able to instruct your direct report’s on what needs to be conveyed to the agents to meet goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and refine the outbound lead generation strategy to align with overall sales quality and performance and weekly business goals. 
  • Lead a high-performing team of PM’s, TL’s, QA and ATL’s and sales representatives focused on outbound lead generation goals. 
  •  Set clear performance targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to Team Leaders and hold them accountable. 

Lead Generation: 

  •  Manage and enforce effective lead qualification processes to ensure the focus is on high-potential prospects. 

 Sales Process Management: 

  • Enforce a structured and efficient sales process for converting leads in quality insurance transfers to agency clients. 
  • Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate and timely data management in the CRM system. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Regularly review and analyze outbound lead generation performance against targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Requirements:  

  • Hard Working, Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced Sales Environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of success in outbound lead generation and sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  •  Experience in the insurance lead generation is a plus. 

Compensation:

100k to 150k Php Monthly Salary

10k to 30k Php Monthly Performance Bonus 

100k PHP Sign On Bonus*
