JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage team of Sales Manager and Property Specialists.
- Provide marketable and feasible place for sellers.
- Provide feasible plans for the division.
- Provides marketing and sales strategies.
- Recruit and train sales directors and sales selling managers
- Provide reports.
- Provides marketing and sales activities for the division.
- Make plans to hit sales quota.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:

- Male or Female
- Minimum of 3-5 years Real Estate experience
- At least 2-3 years of Team Management experience in Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, committed & target driven
- College graduate.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker.
