JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage team of Sales Manager and Property Specialists.
• Provide marketable and feasible place for sellers.
• Provide feasible plans for the division.
• Provides marketing and sales strategies.
• Recruit and train sales directors and sales selling managers
• Provide reports.
• Provides marketing and sales activities for the division.
• Make plans to hit sales quota.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:

• Male or Female
• Minimum of 3-5 years Real Estate experience
• At least 2-3 years of Team Management experience in Real Estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, committed & target driven
• College graduate.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker.
