The Role

As Digital Performance Specialist , you will be the key liaison between the Digital and Execution Manager and third-party agency with key focus on paid media across all channels and the ability to analyze data to improve performance

How you'll contribute

  • Supports the Digital Strategy and Execution Manager by ensuring overall business growth of all SBF products through the following:
    • Assist on appropriate placement of ads
    • Actively track & manage key KPIs, including, ROAS(return on ad spend), CTR(click through rate), monitoring CPAs (cost per acquisition), etc
    • Coordinate with third party media agency in measuring and optimizing media buys on a regular basis
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize creatives based on insights to improve efficacy
    • Maintain and improve on overall media attribution ecosystem

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and branding
  • Knowledgeable with FB Insights/Meta/Google Analytics/ Excel
  • Experience collaborating with data/marketing teams
  • Ability to segment data and anticipate the best collection and testing methods for effective use
  • Evaluate existing communication channels to gather a better understanding of the target audience and how to improve ROI
  • Strong organizational skills – can plan ahead and has excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Good in people and stakeholder management
