The Role

As Creatives Officer , you will be responsible for designs, copy-driven pre and post-production individuals, in developing the brand architecture in order to support business units and branch sales force, as well as improving customer journey.

How you'll contribute

  • Suggests new, creative, and digital initiatives using digital/creative know-how to improve creative executions of the team
  • Collaborates with interior designers and or external design teams using brand guidelines to improve branch design and merchandising
  • Improves visual merchandising in branches using planograms, data-gathering to ensure design thinking and improve customer flow/navigation
  • Manages the internal brand site using basic WordPress and design  to curate effective content to tell the story of the brand and share the information for bank-wide use
  • Creates materials/packages/go-to marketing using brand and design thinking to support business units in implementing and planning communication plans
  • Maximizes internal platforms using available platforms to ensure information cascade within the bank regarding product launches/campaigns
  • Develops the brand architecture and brand guidelines using data-driven design thinking and brand messaging to ensure that the brand's voice and aesthetics are communicated properly in all materials
  • Manages team  using internal project management tools to ensure all materials are delivered within TAT
  • Improves processes related to the unit's efficiency based on waste elimination training, innovation initiatives to ensure cost efficiency and time management, or produced/released materials
  • Assures quality across all materials initiated or requested using brand guidelines and mandatory guidelines to ensure 100% audit issue free in all released and produced materials

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia
  • At least 5 yrs relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, retail design, creative process across platforms, and branding
  • Design thinking, project management, and copywriting skills
  • Effective communication and able to multi-task
