Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve
sales targets and expand
• Cultivate lasting relationships with
clients to grow customer loyalty
• Partner with brokers and
investors to understand their business needs and objectives
•
Effectively communicate the value and sales proposition through
proposals and presentations with 80% good results
• Report on
strategic direction, status of accounts, tactical budgets, updated
weekly sales performance and accomplishment of sales targets
•
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from committed and dedicated Broker
Partners
• Be updated with and proactively act on local and
national real estate market trends
• Effectively manage Broker
Network Managers including mentoring and coaching them towards top
performance

JOB
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Has 10 years up experience as Chief Sales
Director in Real Estate Industry and Construction Material or
Developer with existing clients, good connections in different Real
Estate Industry or Developers is required
• Worth of directorial
experience in the real estate industry developing
project-client-focused sales and action-biased sales professionals is
required
• Must be a MBA/BS Marketing degree holder (graduate of BS
Real Estate Management and Licensed Broker is an advantage but not
required)
• Knowledgeable in Marketing Software Sales Solutions
like CRM, HRIS, ERP
• Has excellent communication, presentation,
and interpersonal skills in all levels of the organization, including
executive and C-level
• Has excellent skills in sales and marketing
leadership processes from planning to referral network expansion
•
Has the ability to analyze data, find trends, craft solutions, and
take action
• Has excellent problem-solving and decision-making
skills
• Multitasking and can handle operations
