Kaya Founders is an early stage venture capital firm committed to building, investing, and supporting the next generation of companies driving digital transformation in commerce and critical services in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

One of our ventures, Five Beauty, is the Philippines' first hybrid beauty brand to elevate the beauty experience through the fusion of science-based skincare and high-performance color cosmetics. 

The team is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational landscape of the brand. As they continue to redefine industry standards, they are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in strategic leadership and operational excellence.

As a CMO, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to propel business growth and enhance profitability.
    • Stay attuned to market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to drive informed, strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure harmonised commercial initiatives that synergize with operational and marketing strategies.
    • Direct all facets of P&L management, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and astute financial analysis.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing
    • Drive topline growth across online and offline channels, through meticulous market analysis and strategic implementation of sales and marketing campaigns across all sales channels.
    • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to meticulously monitor progress and instigate a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Drive customer acquisition & customer retention tactics to maximise sales performance across all sales channels and increase market share.
  • Brand Building
    • Cultivate robust relationships with pivotal stakeholders, including KOLs, Media Partners to ensure reach and traction for the brand and its products.
    • Lead content meets commerce strategy implementation and play an active role in supporting the brand’s business objectives through engaging content across all owned channels.
    • Oversee the development of concepts and 360-marketing across all channels, including print, digital, social media, experiential, and more.
