Job Description

The responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer includes:

• Lead financial planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess and mitigate financial risks, driving compliance and governance initiatives.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and audit functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations to optimize resources and support growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A strong candidate for the Chief Financial Officer would be the following:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
● Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, preferably in the health and safety, pharmaceutical, healthcare industry.
● Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights that contribute to advancing women's
health.
● Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a finance team dedicated to our
mission.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear manner.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and
opportunities in healthcare.
● High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to transparency and accountability.
