JOB DESCRIPTION:

Site Identification

• Identify sites for regional/lifestyle/community and neighborhood business set-uP.
• Provide initial acquisition/lease terms for review and approval of Raw Land and PDMC

Strategic Project Tracking Management

• Develop processes and risk management strategies to determine project delivery certainty
• Formulate cost reduction initiatives, strategic control measures on the project budget, timeline and phasing while maintaining quality and productivity
• Create project management systems and team coordination mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaise with key internal and external partners in achieving project delivery
• Assist the Management in driving the overall pace of project realization

Administration

• Supervise BDCC team on daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
• Provide advice, guidance and direction to promote the effective progression of projects.
