Business Development Director - Renewables
- Permanent position based in Manila, Philippines
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and proven track record in M&A in the renewable energy sector, especially in the wind energy. Excellent opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies & relevant stakeholders
- Leads investment assessment
- Oversee M&A activities
- Manages negotiation of commercial agreements
- Expand local and international investor networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 12+ years of experience in managing renewable energy project
- Strong experience in merger & acquisition in the energy sector
- Proven track record of leadership and team management for 7+ years
- Proficiency in English
