Full Job Description

 Supports Sales and Client Services teams with new business opportunities throughout bidding process
 Coordinates and oversees the indexing and cross-referencing of information obtained from multiple sources
 Understands call center capabilities, non-capabilities and gaps in addressing the proper question to the answer in
business proposals
 Assists in the development of new solutions and proposal ideas
 Collaborates with internal subject matter experts to verify, update and create materials to ensure content is
current and compelling
 Ensures that sales messages are on point, the Alorica value proposition is competitive and the documents are
persuasive, grammatically correct and attractive
 Ensures the quality of final document submission reflects Alorica’s commitment to quality
 Participates in client site visit preparation, including the development of presentation materials
 Takes initiative to identify and address sales and marketing content needs (case studies, sales collateral,
proposal content, etc.)
 Maintains ongoing updates to sales materials, proposal content and archive

Minimum Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with major coursework in business writing, marketing,
management and/or equivalent experience
 Experience (3+ years) in business or proposal writing; 2+ years in a call center industry, preferred
 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Strong understanding of business and sales acumen with experience working with sales organizations
 Preference in editing/creating RFP and RFI responses; advanced editing, persuasive writing and business
communication skills
 Strategic thinker, independent self-starter, detail-oriented and creative problem solver
 Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of employees in multiple locations
 Comfortable with, and excels in, a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
 Looks for opportunities and crafts solutions to drive continuous improvement; shows initiation, accountability
and flexibility
 Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
