Qualifications
- Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience
- Has knowledge and experience on working with multiple Agile Frameworks apart from Scrum Kanban XP
- Has experience in Agile Transformation from a single to multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others in embracing change
- Agile Certifications is a plus (PSM II PSM III A-CSM CSP-SM SPC etc.)

Job Description
OVERVIEW
The role will be responsible for the following:
● Guide the Scrum Masters in performing their roles.
● Support the Product Owner and Development Team in product delivery.
● Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.
● Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
● Guide and coach both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
● Guide and coach both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
● Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
● Guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
● Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame,
● retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
● Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
● Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
● Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
● Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog.
● Facilitate cadences and synchronization between Scrum Teams.
● Ensure that organization process and metrics are implemented across scrum teams
● Help with the Agile transformation of the Organization
