Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is in need of an Accounting Supervisor (DIRECT HIRE)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Preferably a CPA but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field
- Able to handle a team.
- With extensive knowledge in BIR rulings in VAT, Withholding taxes, and reconciliation of BIR reports vs. financial statements,.
- With knowledge in preparation of financial reports such as Profit and Loss, Bank reconciliation, Depreciation, and any other reports required by the Finance Manager
- With experience in accounting system (knowledge in Great Plains/GP dynamics is a plus),
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City

JOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:
- Oversee the team and ensure that all needed tasks are accomplished.
- Review the works done by the team.
- Ensure that all transactions are properly and timely recorded in the accounting system (Audit the accounting records)
- Work closely with the Finance Manager
- Prepare financial reports such as Profit and Loss,
- Bank reconciliation, Depreciation, and any other reports required by the Finance Manager
- Handle other reports requested by the Finance Manager
