Accounting Associate

Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts by all possible means.
- Ensures that clients are fully paid before delivery.
- Accurate and on-time preparation and release of SOA (Statement of Accounts) to bill a client.
- Accurate and timely Daily sales reporting.
- Accurate and timely Aging of Accounts report.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or its equivalent
- Preferably more than 2 years of work experience in handling Receivables or General Accounting procedures is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel or Powerpoint
- Knowledgeable in SAP or any relevant accounting software is advantage
- Have no previous history of theft
- Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Open for fresh graduates

Work Conditions:

Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
