Accounting Associate

Office Address: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines

Current setup: Work from home until further notice

We are looking for upcoming Accounting Associates. You will be working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology. You will work on three to six clients at the same time, gaining and sharing a breadth and depth of experience.

• Assist in the preparation of financial forms, documents, and reports
• Assist in maintaining the records and filing systems of the Accounting team and its clients
• Identify significant risks and able to problem-solve independently
• Bring good ideas for process improvement and client satisfaction and delight

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course; CPA is a plus
• Interested in and committed to being part of positive change in the world; brings an eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• At least one (1) year experience in the same field; client services experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are open to apply
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize well and easily shift and refocus as urgent tasks emerge
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills, including the ability to be direct and clear; if not yet excellent, possesses a drive to improve
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving, strong collaboration, and willingness to work across teams to improve client results
