Accounting Associate

Full Job Description

• The Accounting Associate is in charge of retail station audit for one’s assigned area. This shall include monitoring of sales, collections, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Assists the Accounting Officer in monitoring and reconciliation of daily retail station sales and collections, daily retail station product inventory movement.
• Prepares and submits weekly and monthly sales and collection report, quantity sales report, and product inventory movement of one’s assigned retail stations.
• Ensures strict implementation and documentation of procedures as mandated by management.
• Validates all payment requests, which must be properly accounted with supporting documents and with proper approval.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting.
• At least 6 months – 1 year accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
