Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
– At least 2 years of experience in selling generator sets
– Amenable to do field work
– Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
– Preferably with existing client contacts already
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Goal-directed in reaching quota

Job Responsibilities:

– Proactively identify and cultivate new customer relationships through meticulously executed marketing strategies, in accordance with directives from the Sales Manager.
– Ensure meticulous attention to customer requirements to guarantee that every delivery aligns precisely with individual customer specifications.
– Foster and maintain robust client rapport, fostering seamless and constructive interpersonal relationships.
– Prepare comprehensive quotations and diligently submit them for client approval, adhering to established procedures.
– Collaborate effectively with the immediate supervisor and the Logistics department to manage current inventory levels and pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
– Disseminate the latest product developments and innovations from the principal to end-users, keeping them informed and engaged.
– Efficiently coordinate with both Technical and Logistics teams to facilitate pre-delivery inspections, thorough documentation, and efficient unit pull-outs as required.
– Actively support the execution of basic training sessions and seminars, including end-user orientation, to enhance product understanding and utility.
– Assist the Finance Department in maintaining optimal levels of financial collectibles, contributing to sound financial management.
– Participate in client meetings and bidding processes, representing the organization professionally and competently.
