Full Job Description

I. PURPOSE

This position is responsible for directly interfacing with the customer to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales quota.
  • Uses an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
  • Builds and maintain and expand strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
  • Works as intermediary between client, supplier and corporate operations team
  • Provides regular and updated data for SOR, SRMS, and other templates as may be required
  • Provides timely forecasts through SFDC and other forecast templates as required
  • Delivers in a timely manner requirements of SAP such as SOPO, Demo Lists, etc.
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

III.    QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or IT and Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented 
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
  • Experience in Information Technology Technical Sales is an advantage
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role is an advantage
