Job Description
Responsible in encoding and booking of policies, endorsements and other documentation for Bonds underwriting in a timely and cost effective manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Entertains bond applicants/clients, agents, brokers and intermediaries with respect to bonds business;
- Prepares bonds related policies and endorsements and sees to it that the same are properly issued in accordance to the duly approved Bond Approval Slip;
- Undertakes releasing of the issued bonds to the proper representative of the client/s for signature by the Principal’s signatory, as well as bonds already signed and ensures that the corresponding bond premium is paid.
- Ensures that all policies and endorsements for approval are neatly prepared and accurate and has been checked thoroughly prior to being presented for approval;
- Inquires from Immediate Superior areas needing clarification as well as computations for accurate information;
- Files properly all records on policies and endorsements in a systematic manner for easy retrieval;
- Maintains files in a clean and orderly manner;
- Undertakes other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time related to the function;
