JOB SUMMARY:
Overall in-charge of implementing Marketing Activities that increase brand value. Work closely with Chief Growth Officer of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the development of awareness and growth strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, followers communities and other marketing vehicles
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns; Assess against goals
- Build E-Commerce Platforms and fosters vendor relationships
- Monitor the brand sales performance across platforms as well as monitor the brand budget

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2-3 years experience of Social Media Management
- Solid knowledge of Website Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Highly creative in identfying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

**The Digital Marketing Specialist is a strategic member of the Vinta Technologies Team. They are expected to assist in developing, deploying, overseeing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness, ecommerce sales, and lead conversion through paid ad channels for Vinta Technologies and our valued clients**:

- **Develop, deploy, implement, and monitor Vinta Technologies paid media strategy for various channels (including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram), retail channels (such as Lazada, and Shopee) and other third-party ad sources (such as editorial sites and event sponsorships) to build brand awareness, generate e-commerce sales and qualified leads.**
- **Oversee and manage agency partners and third-party retail sites as it relates to paid ads.**
- **Define, analyze and optimize on important metrics for paid media performance. Provide monthly campaign reports on project KPIs including brand awareness and overall return on advertising spend.**
- **Advise and manage paid ads budgetary goals.**
- **Measure the success of every paid media campaign based on the performance of account KPIs.**
- **Work with the Creative Lead and designer to bring the most effective ads to market**
- **Ensure the precise and seamless execution of paid media strategies**
- **Drive clear revenue growth through paid media strategies and tactics**
- **Identify, negotiate and manage strategic media placements for brand growth, lead generation programs and other promotional efforts based on segment objectives**
- **Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies. As well as brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics**

**Qualifications**
- **Degree holder with a major in Marketing Management, Business Management, or in any related field is a must**
- **2-5 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies**
- **Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a definite plus**
- **Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices is a definite plus**
- **Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the business's success is a plus**
- **Critical thinker and problem-solver is a must**
- **Strong analytical skills are a must**
- **Experience in agency relationships and management is a plus**
- **Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions**

- He or she will be responsible for the total brand reputation and company image.

- Keep the Company website and social media platforms vital through constantly fresh and current content and design.
- Use marketplace insights to develop written and visual content that engages customers and prospects.
- Establish a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media.
- Socially develop and maintain engaging online social spaces that expand the awareness of the company and increase reach and target niche audiences via social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.); manage paid boosts and ads on social media for growth.
- Partner with the territory marketing, PR, digital marketing teams to drive collaboration and maximize our campaign efforts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital and other channels including partner, sales, campaigns, communications, and organizational processes.
- Champions customer success internally and externally and advocates for continuous process improvement across the organization
- Measure, optimize and report on content and campaign analytics and ROI; pull reporting, reviewing analytics and presenting results to key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in collaborative and extremely fast paced environments covering regional offices for the company.
- Provide guidance and support to the Digital team in the digital execution of corporate & product specific campaigns; train staff to integrate digital tools in their work

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and/or other relevant fields
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience or solid working experience in PR and Brand
- Experienced in devising strategies to digital campaigns that engage, inform an motivate identified target audiences and reporting insights in order to improve current activities
- Experienced in managing media relations (online, broadcast and print) and has strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
