About the Role

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Philippines Inc. is looking for a Dealer Development Specialist – Forklifts to expand and strengthen our nationwide dealer network. This field-based role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting forklift dealers while driving sales growth and building long-term business partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and develop new forklift dealers across the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners.
  • Support dealers in achieving sales targets through training, business planning, and market development.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, inventory availability, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, dealer development plans, and performance reports.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in dealer development, channel sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in forklifts, material handling equipment, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or construction machinery is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing dealer or distributor networks is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel extensively across the Philippines.
