Territory: Central Manila (Primary Care)


Job Summary

The Professional Medical Representative (PMR) is responsible for promoting the company’s Primary Care products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong professional relationships with physicians and key healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of brand strategies while maintaining the highest standards of ethical promotion and regulatory compliance in the Philippine pharmaceutical market.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, objectives, and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Implement approved sales and marketing strategies to drive product demand and prescription generation.
  • Plan and execute daily field activities to maximize coverage, call frequency, and territory productivity.
  • Monitor territory performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and market updates.


Product Promotion & Customer Engagement

  • Promote Primary Care products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and compliant product presentations based on approved materials.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with target customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely follow‑ups.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports, call reports, expense reports, and other administrative requirements.


Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Strictly adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and Philippine FDA regulations.
  • Practice responsible promotion and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all field activities.


Continuous Learning & Development

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, disease areas, and treatment guidelines.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, training programs, and product briefings.
  • Continuously improve selling skills, communication abilities, and business acumen.


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience

  • Preferably 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the Philippine market.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Primary Care products (e.g., cardiovascular, diabetes, respiratory, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Description

The Accounting Officer will assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing activities, tax return filing and compliance, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and deliver expected results.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performs the month-end and year-end closing processes. Oversee the timely and proper closing of financial books at the end of each reporting period. Maintain a copy of all relevant accounting documents for audit and tax purposes.
  2. Monitors cash flow, reviews financial transactions, and ensures the completeness and accuracy of all accounting records on a timely basis.
  3. Ensures timely preparation and filing of all tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local tax requirements.
  4. Maintains documentation for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audits, ensures all documents are always audit ready.

  8. Conducts monthly GL analysis and assists in the preparation of BS Reconciliation Report.


Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  2. Preferably a CPA, with 2 - 3 years working experience in Accounting / Finance
  3. Familiarity with SAP Hana or other accounting software.
  4. Background working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regulatory Department by ensuring the availability of all the company and product documents on file for FDA inspection and requests, as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the trademark (TM) registrations, ensuring that TMs are maintained in the IPO system.
  • Maintain EDPS Certificate and ensures timely quality submission of reports to the DOH.
  • Submission of monthly reports as required.
  • Safekeeping of retention samples, COAs, logbooks required by the FDA, and facilitating the local assay for all the commercial products.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist preferred (but not required depending on experience).
  • Minimum 5 year of experience as a company pharmacist within a pharmaceutical industry handling drug products.
  • Preferably with knowledge on FDA inspection, basic company and product documents, and trademarks.
