Job Overview


Generally responsible in assisting the Internal Audit Section Head in overseeing the IT audit engagements and providing assurance and consulting services across functional departments of the organization and its subsidiaries.


Job Description


• Independently carry out audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan and

known IT standards, e.g., International Organization for Standardization (ISO), National Institute

of Standards and Technology (NIST), Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls, and so forth

• Perform review of Cloud and network infrastructure with focus on governance, security, and business objectives alignment

• Prepare audit reports supported by evidence-based working papers to ensure adequate documentation

• Collaborate with different department representatives and process owners on various initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc reviews or activities as may be required by the management


Education


• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)


Qualifications


• At least 3 to 5 years of IT Audit experience in Cloud and Network Infrastructure (of this, at least 3 years should be in a managerial position)

• With IT Audit experience in a large organization or conglomerate, holding companies, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and mining industries

• Knowledge of risk-based or global audit approach / methodology

• Familiar with information technology and security standards and frameworks such as ISO, NIST, OWASP, CIS, and so forth

• Performed network vulnerability assessment and penetration testing using various tools

• Basic and advanced - feature user of Audit Command Language (ACL) Analytics or other analytics tools

• Preferably Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security

• Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Network

• Professional (CCNP) Security, or equivalent

• Pro-active people management and strong leadership

• Strategic thinking & creative problem solving

Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience to provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and governance matters. The successful candidate will assist in managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting business operations through effective legal counsel


Key Responsibilities


Corporate Governance

  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents, including board resolutions, minutes, and corporate records.
  • Support board meetings, shareholder meetings, and corporate secretarial requirements.


Contract Management

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure contractual terms protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.
  • Advise business units on contractual obligations and risk management.


Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry requirements.

Legal Advisory

  • Provide practical legal advice to management and various business units.
  • Assess legal risks associated with business initiatives, projects, and transactions.

Litigation and Dispute Management

  • Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
  • Coordinate with external law firms and legal consultants.
  • Prepare legal opinions, case assessments, and litigation strategies.


Risk Management

  • Identify legal and regulatory risks affecting the organization.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies and preventive measures.
  • Support internal investigations and compliance reviews.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
  • Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar (or equivalent legal licensing authority).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, or legal advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience handling complex commercial transactions and negotiations.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large corporation, law firm, or multinational company.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, securities, or banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, labor law, and compliance frameworks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting / Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day accounting, administrative, and operational support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to build a career in accounting, finance, and administration. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Experience with a Social Welfare Agency, Non-Government Organization (NGO), or Foundation is an advantage. Exposure to accounting processes and tax reporting is also a plus.


About the Role


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting / Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day accounting, administrative, and operational support.


Responsibilities


Accounting Support


  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare and process payment requests, reimbursements, and petty cash liquidation.
  • Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash balances.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking.


Tax and Compliance Support


  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax-related documents, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other government compliance requirements.
