Job Description
Job Title: HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
* Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information.
* Coordinate employee training, orientations, and company events.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
* Monitor attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Previous experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.
* Knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
