o Reviewing any necessary adjustments to comply with statutory reporting requirements for the jurisdictions in which we're licensed.
- Financial controls
o Developing and documenting processes to control and manage settlement currency changes for Originating Institutions ("OIs") as well as the currencies that we settle Receiving Institutions ("RIs").
o Developing and documenting the accounting for customers that interchangeably act as OIs and RIs.
o Development of a template and process for the reconciliation of TFC to Oracle for accounts receivable and RI payable accounts in entered currencies and in the correct legal entities. This should include the process required to ensure that roll forward controls are performed to validate that TFC balances are accurate.
- Data extracts for accounting
o Review of the current Revenue generating entry from TFC - perform validation work to ensure that the currencies and legal entities that these are being booked to are accurate.
o Review of the TFC originated entries that are required to be posted in Oracle for the conversion of hard currencies received or paid out into contractually agreed currencies. Define and document this process.
o Development of the requirements and specifications required for the automation and interface between TFC and Oracle for:
o Revenue entries, which include entries to Accounts Receivable and RI payables
o Non-cash adjusting entries
o Cash entries from TFC
o FX conversion entries related to cash received and paid to OIs and RIs
All about You:
