What you'll own:

→ Perfect store online experience for assigned brands — executing and managing store presentation across ecommerce platforms, website, and social media

→ Content freshness and consistency — collating and updating online assets and e-tail content to keep every brand touchpoint on-brand and engaging

→ Customer experience and communication — managing all consumer communication across ecommerce platforms, resolving inquiries with prompt, professional support

→ Campaign support — working with the Digital Brand Manager to implement campaigns and assess promo effectiveness for continuous improvement

→ Customer insight — analyzing online customer behavior to inform store design choices and identify customer needs that drive satisfaction and conversion


What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree

What you’ll own:


  • Talent Acquisition & Relationship Management — end-to-end creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and onboarding; serving as the primary point of contact for all talents and building long-term creator relationships that drive retention and repeat collaborations
  • Affiliate Campaign Strategy & Execution — full-cycle planning, strategy, and execution of brand affiliate campaigns from concept to post-campaign review, including creator activation plans, timelines, and performance frameworks

What you bring:


Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on exposure to affiliate marketing platforms or creator ecosystems (e.g., TikTok Shop, affiliate networks)
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across brand, creative, and operations functions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle campaign administration including contracts, timelines, and finance documentation
  • Prior involvement in performance reporting, data consolidation, or campaign analysis


Required Competencies

  • Relationship Management — ability to build trust, manage expectations, and sustain long-term creator partnerships

About the role:

The Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across all brand partners at any given time, identifying gaps, and providing pivot plans to minimize opportunity loss. You will facilitate the S&OP process including demand forecasting, supply review, inventory planning, and joint forecasting with external stakeholders.


What you'll own:

→ Demand planning across multiple time horizons and marketplaces/social platforms

→ Forecast management — reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, and evaluating results

→ Forecast accuracy maintenance through cross-functional collaboration, especially for high-impact events like promotions and supplier stock issues

What you bring:

The Sr. Commercial Lead is responsible for the end-to-end performance of the Beauty/FMCG business unit. He/she will lead a team of brand leads and brand managers in daily operations to deliver total unit growth and performance metrics across e-commerce platforms.

He/she will also directly partner with the Head of Commercial to identify opportunities, develop business strategies, and optimize internal processes.

To be successful as a Sr. Commercial Lead in a rapidly growing e-commerce start-up, he/she must have proven experience in building brands on e-commerce, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. He/she must have strong leadership and communication skills to mentor his/her team. He/she must also have strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with key external partners.


Responsibilities:
